What is PRP (Platelets rich plasma)?
PRP, as you can tell by the name, is a part of your blood that contains a high amount of platelets. Platelets release growth factors and cause healing, repair and regrowth.
Microneedling
Microneedling creates micro punctures in the skin. This stimulates a healing response from the fibroblasts in the skin since the micro punctures are perceived as "injuries" to the skin. Microneedling stimulates skin to release hair growth factors, fibroblast and stem cells that will promote hair growth. Microneedling creates micro channels in the scalp skin that will help effectively absorb PRP and serums.
